Hi,

I've had my SL65 for almost 10 years and I think its time I finally hear her scream....

New to mods and don't know much other than reading a couple forums/youtube vids.

I'd like to get an exhaust that's loud but not obnoxious (maybe valve?) and need help on where to start.

Does anyone know if valve is possible or if it will kill my battery and lose my convenience functions (roof not opening)?

What are some good resources to check out?

Mine has QTP cutouts which were already installed when I bought it last year. I drove from MI to PA with them open as the control cables were gone and I thought the noise level was fine. When I got to PA my wife thought it was too loud so I shut them but I do plan to make them fully operation this summer. What she really didn't like was blowing the trans on our first "date night". I just fixed the valve body a couple days ago and will be back under there getting other things ready for state inspection and can snap some pics if you like.
