SL55 AMG
Top stuck with deck front edge open

This is my stuck top.
Opened top yesterday. Went to put it up today. Trunk deck raised and stopped. I tried to close it (retract) to start over. This is as far as it went. Now nothing moves. With ignition on but, engine not started, I hear a very low hum when I move the top switch either to close or open. Ideas,?

PSE pump replaced but seats no longer fill bladders.
