M156 Intake Manifold R&R in R230 Play by Play

So I'm currently working on my 2009 SL63. My reference video for this is here:

Some observations and differences.
In the video he discusses there being 11 intake manifold aluminum bolts but can only find 10. I found 10, removed 10 and it came out fine.

The rear hose removal at min.7:40 is not on my car. Anyone know what this is for? My SL63 just has a plug in there.

Also I purchase a NIB Intake Manifold from Mercedes a few weeks ago and surprise surprise the PCV hole is not threaded...looks like I need to tap it.

I did find that injector #8 came apart when I was removing the plug, as the plug on the injector itself was broken.
I also broke one of the shell's on the throttlebody plug on the front of the manifold. Which sucks as it will require the shell and female plug to be replaced. I can get it running today, but the pins will have to be removed and then installed in a new plug.

Up next is finishing the PCV/Catch Can and vacuuming out the engine valley before I start reinstallation.

More updates to come.

Full List of items being replace:
  1. Intake Manifold
  2. PCV
  3. Catch Catch (PLM Kit with Radium Engineering Can)
  4. Coils
  5. Plugs
  6. Injectors
  7. FPR
  8. Fuel Cap
  9. Fuel Pump
  10. Fuel Filter
  11. ABC Filter
  12. ABC Secondary Filter
  13. ABC Flush

Just discovered that I guess factory replacement manfiolds are not tapped for PCV or Fuel rail and use self tapping bolts, something I've not heard of.

Fuel Rail Bolt PN is 009-990-30-04

Intake Manifold Bolts are Torque Angle Tighten.

10NM
90* Angle Tighten
10* Angle Tighten

Pattern Attached
