SL55 speedo, (Lonman help!)

I noticed in your videos, your speedo read up to (about) 300 , but was displaying the speed as mp/h (i,.e most of the speedo couldnt be used!)
Do you know how MB switched the european km/h speedo to display mph ?) (presumably a UK dealer plugged it into their computer and reprogrammed it, or was it delivered that way by a german dealer)
I read in a document from MB UK that they wouldnt be allowing people to order the "155mph speed limiter removed" option because the UK cars would have speedo that only reads up to 160mp/h
My CLK55 had a speedo that only showed 160mph .. so does my friends S55. This is just plain going to annoy me when my SL55 comes ....

You do it yourself using the on-board computer. As far as I am aware all uk cars will have the same speedo.
