Anti theft mode active - cant start.

Anti theft mode active - cant start.
Hi everyone, I have SL63 AMG 2013.
My girlfriend drove the car to her moms house and while there there was a massive rain and thunder storm.
While inside the house they heard thunder and directly after the car alarm sounded. She went outside and deactivated the alarm by using the open button on the remote. Then she locked the car again and went inside. Some time passed.. She opened the car and tried to start it, "anti theft protection mode active"
Car wont start, disconnected battery for 15min - no use, locked overnight nothing.. Frustrated and confused. Looks like the car really actually thinks someone tried to steal it and wont budge!
All other electronics work, like windows, boot, PDC etc.
Any ideas?

Out Of Control!!
If after you have tried to turn off the ATF and did not work, I don't see any other choice than to find someone with DAS Xentry to come out and do a quick test to determine where the fault lies.
