I got these pictures from a UK website.
Can anyone in here please tell me how/where can I purchase this antenna?

If I am not mistaken, that is the antenna for the SL. Some guys from the forum have changed it. Aparently you need a booster for the reception. Try searching the forum.

It IS the antenna for the new R230 SL. It can be ordered prepainted in any of the new SL colors, some of which happen to also be SLK colors. Unfortunately, it's only for the phone, not for the radio, so you'll get crappy reception if you replace your SLK's antenna with the SL antenna.
