Another person sayin hello
Hi. I just got myself an 2001 SLK 320 w/ the AMG sport package (I can't afford it but its fun as hell).
The only thing I don't like about the car is the CD player skips all the time and the changer is in the trunk. I haven't made up my mind about how to fix this Problem, I could just get an iPod radio tuner but I would perfer not to spend the money on a product I have heard mixed things about. Any suggestions?
Anyway all I really wanted to do is say hi and show my car.

As for the CD player. Do you mean the changer skips or the CD player? Some of us have both ...
Anyway, if it's the changer then i'd look to see how if the mounts are tight or not. You might be out of luck and need a new one though but you should most def be able to find one cheap on ebay on in classified.
