The rear quarter window in my 2001 SLKL320 has detached it's self from the regulater and has dropped into the body once. I assume that a plastic part has detached itself from the windlw. I managed to grip the window with a claw and get it back into position but now I need to find out how to access the mechanism to effect a final repair. Do I go through the trunk or is the body cavity accessible through the back wall of the passange compartment? I thought I would ask before I start ripping the car apart.
