Regarding navigation issues, the "featured products" box is just that, a featured product box, it's not relevant to the selected category.

You have to choose between the categories over that box, it should be the following choices : Remus mid pipe, Remus sports label, remus power sound, remus wild label.

Would the Mid Pip fit the AMG 32 version of the car? I don't know how similar the AMG is to the 320 but I would love to get a deeper sound out of my ride. Thanks

Yes it will fit the AMG32, however the mid pipe must be mounted with our rear mufflers are we took a different approach than OEM to laying out the piping.
