SLK/R170: How much do you think my car is worth?
I love my lil' ride and I'd love to find it a new home. Any input on how much ya'll think it is worth? 2001 Supercharged Kompressor in Glacier White w/ AMG Sport Package- upgraded 17" Mercedes AMG 5 Spoke Chrome Wheels, Chrome Tip Exhaust, etc. Goes 0-60 in 7 seconds! V4, 2.3L, 5 speed automatic with 68,850 miles. 100K extended warranty! Loaded!! Dual power seats, dual climate control, heated seats, power windows, optional power shifter, charcoal leather interior, diamond plated-like trim, dual front & side airbags, ABS (4 wheel) RWD, Premium BOSE speakers, ESP Traction Control, Slip Control, Fog LIghts, SOS. New Michelin Pilot Sport All Season Tires with Nitromax for extended tire life & improved fuel economy.
This car was purchased a little over a year and half ago as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 50K miles from Fletcher Jones, THE #1 Mercedes Dealer in the nation! With only 1 previous owner prior to me, all service records from the dealer, this is a trustworthy vehicle. I recently moved across country and had this auto transported to me in Ohio on a covered car carrier! I installed a personal Anti-Theft LoJack Alarm System and also purchased an extended warranty from dealer, up to 100K miles (or three years) for an additional cost of $3500. I'd also like to point out that the interior does have a bit of the interior flaking as so many others talk about on here...just a tad bit on the center console by the emergency brake and a tad on the door handle.
Started off asking $21,500 to payoff what I owe! Since gone down to $19,999 as I need to move it. This is a VERY sharp car in great condition, most people are amazed it is a 2001!
See my car and tell me what you think it is worth:

Check www.kbb.com and look at what the private party price is for your car. That's a good target to go after. People savy enough to use the internet to find your car will also be savy enough to go to kbb.com and find out what a fair price is. I know people ask way more than this, but they don't sell their cars either. I'm having trouble selling a truck that's priced at KBB.com trade-in price which is dealer wholesale. Also your warranty is worth more to you than others, check and see but you can probably get a partial refund on it for the unused portion. You can use that to help lower the price as people want lower prices, warranty is a nice to have but they will buy the cheaper priced car over the one with a warranty.
BTW, my little girl has a white SLK230, nice car but she'll drive our truck anyday over the SLK, don't know why, it's 80F here, convertible would be nice.
