I am looking for a exhaust too. I know performanceproducts4benz.com had a Weltmeister available for a while. I was waiting for Christmas to order it and they no longer have it. 
I have been looking around and I cannot find something I really like. So far the only one I have seen is at the evosport.com website. They list a Lorinser muffler for $1588. I wonder why so much just for the muffler.
