Ack!
"There was no white color offered for the SLK 32 AMG. This is the reason the department of motor vehicles issued the salvage title. " Yeah. Right.
I don't think I would buy a vehicle with "new breaks", or from someone that advertised it as such.

What kind of low-rent pimp my ride &^%#$% is that? A five-year-old is better at cutting out shapes than the goon who perpetrated this "custom job".

I emailed the seller / butcher of the car. I asked him if the salvage title was a result of all the crap he did to it. i also asked him how much it would cost to fix all of the damage he did to it. It is odd that he could not even match the black burl wood for the shift knob and steering wheel. What is with the little disc ball hanging from the mirror.

CARFAX reports that it has been in 2 accidents. The second accident was reported as a TOTAL LOSS with front and side impacts back on 7/7/05 including a police report. More than just paint scratches.

It is always nice to have people busting scammers up like him, we should post a e-bay link of this website, so those people are not blindly bidding on that piece of trash he is selling.

ebay is in it for the seller
We need to go to the bottom of the ebay ad and follow the REPORT THIS link to ebay. I did this 2 days ago after reading the Carfax report but so far they have done nothing. Ebay said they would reply in 24 hours and have not. Sometimes ebay backs the seller too much that they drag their feet until the auction ends. I guess that is where they think they make there money instead of protecting buyers.

Why does he 'white out' the license plate on some shots and not others?
My guess? Not real smart.
And I certainly don't believe they would issue, or he would accept, a salvage title just for being 'scratched' unless the scratches went through the metal!

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to your concern.
I understand your concern. However, eBay isn't directly involved in the

There is no accounting for bad taste. $30300 as of now with 1 hr to go. Plus I doubt ebay would've done anything even if this thread was linked to them.
