I am not interested with your income and equations...Also i don't care if you show off or not..I felt sorry about the accident , cars can be repaired or sold so not more important than our health
...Just wanna know if tall people can drive SLK confortably ..

yeah they can..... although i had problems with my head going over the windshield... haha numbing sensation after a 30 min drive going 30 mph and above..... I'm the only one with that problem... everyone seems to be otherwise unaffected by their heights and the SLK..... i'm 6"0... but i probably have a big torso or a long neck... one of those haha

Ya, as long as you not over 6feet 2" tall, you shoudl be able to fit it
adjusting the seats all the way to the back

but if you are the type of person who got longer upper body, and shorter legs, then you gotta make sure you can step on the clutch :p

they make the clutch fairly deep in, because they want to compensate for the tall ppl with long legs

Geez,
You guys find it so hard to beleive that it's possible to pull down that kind of dough selling online?
Yer all just jealous.

I had a big hit on ebay, and for a time, was selling about 10 units per day, on top of my full time job, with a profit of about $100 per unit.

The trick is to have something to sell thats unique, thats others don't have. For me, people saw what I was doing, figured it out after about 6 months and started to undercut me.
One guy had the best source for the product, and put the 10 or so people who copied me, out of business.

His sources are less expensive than what I was paying and so now I'm trying to work out a deal to buy through him,
and advertise outside of ebay.

The product is in the home recording market.
Kudo's for Apricot for finding a good selling product and holding onto his market share.
While most HS kids aren't so interesting in making money, and not smart enough to pull something off like that,
its not so hard to do.....IF you can find a product.
Remember, Apple computer was founded while the Steves were still in HS.
I haven't been able to come up with another winner like that.
But it was the easiest money I ever made.
3 hours a day?
I spent maybe 3 hours a week on it.
Sold everything in "dutch" auctions.

He's wise not to tell you guys what it is.
And BTW, glad to hear you're OK.

And he's right.
There's more money in ligitimate products.

You guys wouldn't like it if someone accused you of being a drug dealer because you drive a nice car right?

A buddy of mine, an out of work engineer offered to fix a guitar amp for local music store. Soon he had all their repair business.
Then other stores starting sending equipment as well.

Now he just sends all the stuff to 3rd parties for repair, pays them 1/2 of what he gets, and is onto the next business venture.
So many ways to make money....

Wow

Erm.... Just a silly question! Respect to you and all that for having an SLK whilst still at high school but.... Doing 45mph in heavy snow.... In an SLK..... Arn't you asking for trouble???? The SLK is awful in the snow, not too bad with snow tires but with no tread??? Thats some burn outs or cheap tyres!!!

Be careful pal. Even if you do insist on driving mad just respect other road users.

Benzs are one of the safest cars on the road so don't think that just cos they are, if you do have another crash you will come out as well.....

actually i just got in a small accident with my new s-class, it literally cut down a sign post, it scratched the bumper and underneath the s-class, not much damage, unfortunately the headlamp thingies wont work anymore cuz i dont want to pay 900$ to get that thing fixed but it needed a new bumper and new molding. sigh...

Isn't that a hint?

No offense mate but your driving standard isn't up to scratch if you keep hitting things..... Go on an Advanced Drivers Course. You have the money and teach you all about the car.

Just kit

Just as the sig says, Wheels, Bodykit, Exhaust. Everything else is a mixture from Carlsson, Brabus, Kleemann, Opera Design and Hide and Fidelity.

Not having a pop at your driving mate as I recommend the Advanced Course to anyone! Just take it easy yeah?

into things
Yeah take it easy with the driving... You'll be dead before you turn 20 the way you drive. My parents wouldn't let me drive a Benz if I hit everything and flip a car occasionally. It's just stupid and you're just making a big fool out of yourself.

But anyways get your car fixed and I would be happy to see you drive in your tricked out S430.

(0 accidents to date!!!)

Some of you guys really doubt what teenagers can do these days. This country is so fed up with kids who are 18 and under not only working for minimum wage, that you have doubt in every other kid. I was a teenager when I started my website (xbox2k.com), and months later, I was making much more than many regular working individuals.

So what if this kid bought his own car or not, why is there a reason to be doubting him or not? If you are sitting here doubting him, you are wasting your time. Maybe he is lying, maybe he is not, everyone has their stories.

And I think I just wasted my time on this post too, but just wanted to share this with everyone, and lets stop the flaming
