Question AMG SPOILER where?
Hey guys,

I just got back from the Dealer and 2 brand new Slk32 was just blinding my eyes. I was drooling over it non stop. I was wondering if you guys know where I can get a good price on the AMG Spoiler Lip that goes on top of the trunk. Any info would be appreciated..

AutoClass sell them for $249 + $13 shipping.

Their prices are usually pretty good, but I really have no idea if the spoiler price is good because I haven't seen it for sale anywhere else.

BTW, they all come unpainted from AMG.

Thats is completely true. I have an AMG spoiler on my car and I got it from autolcass and I had Gustav paint it for me for 40.00 in oe color.

They will paint any part for you if you want them too and it will arrive painted

The only other way of getting this "type" of spolier cheper is either look for a junked SLK32 and rip it off or Shatz flat spoiler which is similar in style but not the overall look...

I think 250.00 is not so bad for a nice OE spoiler.

On my SLK 320, I bought the spoiler from the dealer. They gave me wholesale price on it ($200cdn if I remember correctly). It came unpainted.

Question
I called the dealer trying to find out if they have the AMG spoiler available but the sales person I talked to he said that on the computer it shows a spoiler for the SLK but does not specify AMG. Do you guys know if there is another stock spoiler for the slk?

There are no other rear spoilers available for the SLK that are genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. However, some dealers sell tuner parts (e.g. Lorinser).

The part number for the AMG spoiler is:

Erebuni is one company that makes fiberglass replicas. I think their website is www.spoilers.com.

There was also this guy named Indra that was posting here that his company was making replicas of AMG, Brabus, Lorinser, etc. Maybe somebody else remembers more.

A word of warning. Replica AMG kits don't come with fog lamps and they're expensive to buy from a Mercedes dealer.

Thanx a lot dude!! Also thanx for the fog lamp info....No need to ask from the dealer then ..(you can find anything from the junk dealers here, they even sell xenon lamps-complete- in a very good condition for nothing...around 300$ for a pair(S -series , 5erbmw.Ms )
I want to get rid of this standard look..I have only AMG rims

Erebuni kit for the SLK is not very good. The rear bumper is about .5 inches shorter than the real bumper, also the front does not fit very well... and if you got headlight washers, there is no opening for it.

Side skirts are the only 1 that fit with no problem...
