I don't remember ever seeing one around here, and there are quite a few SLK230s from 1998 to 2004 running around here in the Cincinnati-Dayton area is the US

I'm up to about 107,000 miles (172.3 KM) on my 2001 SLK Sport. It was my daily driver until I retired 3.5 years ago. I only put about 4300 miles (~ 6900 KM) on it a year on it now though. I still love the thing.

I bought this SLK late last fall it was a little sad when I looked at it with the drivers door panel off and all the dirt that came with a car standing no wonder the lot could not sell it
Over the next months I serviced the car bringing everything up to date, biggest flaw I found was on a hot day the engine was running too warm a new radiator solved that issue
I bought the car as a winter driver the winter was very mild, very little salt after cleaning the car I don't want to mess it up it is a joy to drive.
My 2003 SLK230 Kompressor (new ..paint, engine, seats, hydraulics, sound package, etc
