SLK/R170: Switchlogic

Does anyone here have experience with installation and use of this product. I understand they generally install them at franchised dealers but have sold a few for installation. Does anyone know what terms they might do that on? I know I could ask them directly, but I wanted to get a feel from the consumer side.

Switchlogic is a F1-style "Paddle" system that allows you to control your gear changes in a similar fashion to Formula-1 drivers by using behind-the-steering-wheel paddles. According to Racelogic (who would seem to be the sole distributor) they offer this conversions for E,C,CLK, and SLK Benzes as well as the Jaguar XK8, XKR, and XJ8. The systems are priced around 1000GBP ($1500) and I don't know if that includes installation
