i got some very little scratches on my gloves box . can i get a touch up for it? i have the sierra beige/black interior. the beige is a little scratch and shows black under it.

This is actually a known defect with SLK interiors. I doubt they'll do anything for one small scratch, but if it gets worse, your dealer may replace the pieces under warranty.
As far as I know, M-B doesn't sell touch-up for the interior. Dealers usually contract local interior specialists to do touch-up work.
