1998 slk230 hardtop convertible
Question hydraulic leak in convertible roof

have 1998 slk230 kompressor hardtop convertible. had lots of fluid to leak out on the passenger's side. had to let the top up manually. now I have
been given estimates of 1k + to repair this. roof lining is a mess on that side. how difficult is this type of repair.
