SLK/R170: slk230 Drivers Window and roof not working

slk230 Drivers Window and roof not working
Hi guys, have an issue which I hope could shed some light on.
I have a 2001 r170 slk230 120k miles, which suffers from the following, which all happened at once:
1. Driver's window will only open when the button is pressed once the car is first started (cold engine), once opened the window can close on demand however once it is closed again it will not re-open; and
*background: I changed the window regulator and it was working for many months, now this has happened.
**if this is a fuse, where is the fuse located?
2. The vario roof won't open (the trunk flap is engaged, and the motor is making noise, but no movement of the roof or trunk).
3. The ABS/BAS and ESP lights come on, and turning the wheel full lock right then full lock left won't make the lights go off (and pressing the ESP button on the centre console doesn't do anything).
Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated, as it is giving me quite a bit of grief...

I've got issues 1 and 2 from your list, have you figured out where the problem was? Mine's at a dealership right now as they attempt again to correct it, I'll post back what I find out if you haven't solved it already.
