door handle swap for pre 2001 slk

The more I look at my black handle, the more i want the ones that match the paint of the car. Has anyone done this swap? How much is the parts and do they come prepainted? How difficult is the actual swap? Any info would be greatly appreciated...i can't stand the ugly black handle anymore...
