Wheel Spacers / Hubcentric Adaptors

Hey guys...
got a 2000 SLK 230 and bought some 19" Carlsson Ultralights.
They are staggered fitment... 8.5" (225/40-19) front and 10" (275/40-19) rear.
However I'm gonna need some spacers as it was a perfect fit on buddies 00 S500, but it ain't on the SLK230

Front is hitting the upper ball joint bolt and rear is rubbing on the inner fender.

I'm guestimating 15mm front and 20-25mm rear.
Also will try and get the offsets from the rims as I forgot to grab them when I left red deer and I'm in Edmonton now

Wrong OFFSET

Hi Adrian!

I noticed that the Carlsson rims you have OFFSET measurements wc are extremely far from the original of the R170.

Note that OEM rims are: Front ET35 / Rear ET30

I have 18x8.5 ET35 (non-staggered) BRABUS rims on 225/40R18 tires (non-staggered) and I have no scraping inner wall issues.

Best,

Ken

2001 SLK 230
Running 18" Lorinsers on my 2001 SLK. 8.5 front and 9.5 rears.

Front offset is 26mm, rear is 31mm. I get a little rubbing in the rear on some bumps, but it's rubbing the outer fender.

Front pokes out a bit:

As does the rear:

Rear fits better now that I've switched to 255/35/18 tires. In that pic they were 265/35.
