Add Cruise Control
I have a 1999 slk230, 5 speed manual.
I understand that not all of these cars, with manual transmissions, came with cruise control, but some did.
I would like to add cruise to mine.
Since it was possible to order it with cruise, then it must be possible to gather parts and add OEM cruise. Does anybody know how?
I could also add aftermarket cruise control kit. They don't make one for Mercedes, however. I think that it is possible to add a universal kit, but I would need access to specific wires with tach and speed information.
