2001 SLK 320
Torque feel in 2001 SLK w/manual
When I accelerate quickly, there is a brief torque "feel" at the top of each gear. Is this normal for this heavy torque engine?

2001 SLK 320
Answered my own question... It was the tires -- due to age (not tread wear), they were causing the odd "torque feel" . New tires solved the problem.
