Check eng light comes on now and then. Have replaced the MAF, but that did not fix the problem. When the Check eng light comes on, the idle speed varies between 800 and 1300 rpm.
Do anyone have a clue on this matter?

Sounds like a vaccum leak. If RPM goes up and down. 90% of the times there is a vaccum leak. Look all rubber houses and small connections after the MAF sensor and around the supercharger.
