SLK GTR Wide Body ?!
Cannot wait for the Wide Body version on this SLK.

Just Cannot Wait
My body shops are unable to do the wide body for this SLK because I demand too much:
- GTR Wide Body verion, somewhere between CLK GTR / Skyline GTR
- Lamborghini Tail light (if anyone can do the job)
- SLR Front Light (if I can find the parts)
- Gull Wing door (expect to finish in March)
- Air suspension
- Another set of Lorinser Wheels (I have 3 sets of different wheels now)
Actually after I finish the project, the car will be in car show in the U.S. for about just 1 year, then it will be shipped to China and stay in the showroom there to enjoy "his" retirement.
The kit is limited production worldwide. If anyone is interested in it, I still have 2 or 3 sets available. I can be reached at dachen@canautoclub.com.

did I hear you right?? gull wing door on a convertible? what would the door be attached to?
Lambo tail lights? SLR front light? Why would you want to ruin a perfectly good Mercedes?

Good question.
Gull wing door is the ultimate choice. In case I cannot get it (it will be customized and takes a long time), I will have the scissor door instead.
Well, Renn208, you need to realize that nobody is doing it, so a lot of ideal choices will be twisted when actually applying to the reality.
