Just put one in 2 weeks ago. It is worth the price just because it is a better HU and improves the sound substantially! The CD player is a time saver when you want to play a different CD and don't have the time to get to the changer.
The unit also gives you access to RDS information which more US stations seem to be adding and it also has both LW and SW bands included. Too bad no traffic alerts on RDS yet.
There is a guy on eBay selling them called PerfectMarket. His prices are slightly higher than most other sellers but all of his units have a warranty that he honors and the radio tuners have been reprogrammed to tune the AM band with North American channel spacing. The radios ship in factory boxes with the factory documentation included.
He says the units are used but I can't tell them from new. I have installed two of them from him now and have the highest regard for both the quality of the product and and seller.

Contact Steve Krabbenborg at www.mbenz.nl for the Audio 10 cd HU. He sells them for $325 (including s/h). His site has pictures too of what you will be getting. Install is a breeze since it is an OEM product - you just plug and play. Included with your purchase are two "keys" for removing the HU (they fit into the two horizontal slots at the bottom right and left of the face of the HU. The units are all reprogrammed to work in the US market - this is a win-win deal and sure beats having the old cassette player to deal with.
If only they could play MP3s . . .
