slk320 manual
am experiencing hard shifting-especially with the 2nd gear. i have been suggested to get a replacement of the shift selector cable.
can anybody provide a link where to find it?

You might try finding new bushings or shimming the bushings with thin flat washers, it might take enough play out of the cable to make it a bit easier to shift.
I couldn't find any new parts on line, but you may be able to find a used cable if the shims do not do the job for you.
Perhaps the aftermarket has a shifter that will work?
