Blower Motor Resistor/Signal Function
The Dial on the dashboard sends a signal to the center tap of the resistor.
Somehow this determines the voltage/speed coming out of the resistor to the fan.
I've done quite a few searches without success - what goes on inside that little resistor.
There must be some electronics/transistors to regulate the voltage based upon the volts in the centre yellow signal wire.
