I partially debadged mine with waxed dental floss, and using bug and tar remover at the edges, and patience working at different angles at a time. The adhesive is like those with double adhesive and a thin foam in between. You can slowly remove the residual glue-foam remnant with your fingernails. There was no damage to the paint. Zaino the area (3 layers with Z6 in-between layers) after removing. I left SLK on and took the numbers out first. I was concerned that people will ask what model it is all the time, so I left the SLK on .
Someone had suggested 3M spray adhesive, bug and tar remover but I haven't been able to see this in the stores. They have a 3M adhesive spray remover but it warns that it may harm the paint.
