about Dent Wizard

There is a St#pid person who must park really near my car the other day, and make a dent on my passanger side door with his/her door. Now, it's a mark there.
I am thinking about calling the Dent Wizard.
Have anybody used they before? How do you like it?
Of course, how much is it?

Thanks,

Providing the dent has not broken the paint and is on a flat surface - you'll be amazed with the repair. Of course, make sure the repair is carried out by a competent and reliable person. Most reputable repairers will offer to make no charge unless you're perfectly happy with the finished repair. Suggest you ask your MB dealer to refer you to someone they can recommend - good luck!

Dent Wizard

I use the company on Airport Road in Hartford about six or seven years ago and they did a great job.

As noted by the previous responder, there are certain dents that they work on and other that they cannot fix. A reputable shop should tell you that up front and also give you a quote for the job.

Good luck and let me know your results.

OK, so I dropped off the car at the dealer this monrning. About 1130AM, the dealer called me and told me it's going to be $125 USD plus tax.. so let's say 140 USD. I said, ok.
I went to pick up the car at 1 pm. let me tell you, I can't believe what I saw. If I wasn't day dreaming, I must smoke crap. The dent was TOTALLY dispear.
It worths every single penny.
I can't even find a trace or any sign of the dent.
YES, it is worth!!

However, according to the dealer, it took him almost hour and half to finish the job.

When I had a ding removed from the passenger door of the SLK (it was right on the crease) the tech said that the metal Mercedes uses is harder than that of most other cars. He called it virgin steel or something. Still you can't tell it was ever dented.

Maybe, maybe not. The good thing is your car is back to 100%. I've seen these dent guys in action. I doesn't take long. Maybe ten minutes, depending on the location and how bad. It's just like the locksmith responding to a lock out. They can open most cars in minutes, but make it look tougher to justify the cost. Regardless, knowledge is a wonderful thing. When you use someone else's knowledge, you normally pay a premium. To get a dent removed quickly, without leaving at the dealer for several days, no body work or painting, it's well worth $140.

Glad to hear everything worked out. People who know they bumped into your car and take off, I'd like to choke.
