Hello..... I have a C class W204 with manual transmission and had a birds eye maple shift knob installed this morning by my local MB dealership here in Toronto. The mechanic told me that this style shifter would work in the SLK R171 6mt as well. See pix and notes below through link..... shift knob was purchased through Jerry @ Formymercedes
