Just got back from PAris where I got to see the new SLK. The car looks great in person - even sportier than the pictures suggest.

 

Details? Color, a 200 or 350? Wheels? If you saw more than one in several colors which looked best?

 

There are 2 SLK's in Mercedes Benz Champs Elysees Paris showroom. One silver 200 and one black 200. The silver car is pretty standard, the black one jad a much higher spec with 350 wheels. Both had black leather interior.

I agree the car looks great and no pictures can do it justice I think the silver colour (and possibly all the light colours) suit the body lines/detailing on this car much better than black.

The standard 200 wheels look really cheap on this car.

 

Cant wait to see it in person!!

 

Well that's keeping with MB tradition...you have to order a "sport" package ($$$) to get some decent wheels.
