I'm NOT new to this forum. The family owns 4 MB. S, E, and C classes. The wife wants a second car and we looked at an 2012 SLK today. All seems great but one thing.... the roof has a gap and it's fully closed and closed tight. The dealer (NOT MB DEALER) said they can fix this. He also said it will not leak as is right now (Yeah Right!) Plus freeway driving, wind noise. Not too sure on this.. Anyone else have this same problem or issues if they got it fixed? Let me know...
It’s called roof delimitation. Nothing good comes from it. Second do not buy a Mars red as they had issues with the paint color. This SLK comes with 2 options you do not want at all. The solid roof ( You want glass) and Mars red paint ( You want any other color). Run do not walk form this car.
