Will not crank after sitting for 4 months
Hello friends,
I need to get this car to start, I truly pray that it is not a rebuild.
This car was driving fine properly oiled with almost 200k miles. I have had it parked for 4 months, now it won't crank. The battery has been tested good and re installed. There is a clicking noise, but the starter was tested working fine.
The mechanic thinks the engine is seized because he cannot rotate the crankshaft manually. Is this possible? Should I get a second opinion? There is no water in the oil. No overheating took place.
