Questions for my decision

I am presently on my dealer's order wait list. I have a C55 and want to add an SLK55. I have a couple of questions?

1) How rigid is the chassis? I have never liked convertibles because the chassis of a convertible is not ridgid.

2) Is the red interior standard or optional?
