What the hack is going on?? 
Is going to release Mercedes a new version of SLK with 3 TURBO??

sl and M-class E320 4Matic SLK350
The SLK 320 CDI TriTurbo is a diesel
Just returned from Europe where I picked up the March 9 issue of Auto Zeitung. The Triturbo is a proposed diesel engine that we will probably never get to see here in the States. Interestingly the prototype features a full AMG body complete with the front fender side vents that are not included on the SLK350 AMG package. This may suggest that production will be as an AMG model. Diesel engines for the SL and CLK are also on the drawing board with the CLK's being a non turbo and if I recall correctly, the SL's being an 8 cylinder biturbo. All of these varients were displayed at a recent auto show (Geneva?) with the models all in the new liquid silver paint. The models are designated as CLK 320 CDI, SLK 320 CDI TriTurbo, and SL400 CDI BiTurbo. Other promised diesels are an E320 4Matic CDI, and ML320CDI, and an R320CDI. Only the SL gets the 400 CDI with the new V8-Diesel. As to the TriTurbo V6 that the SLK will get the stats are reported as, "286 PS und biet satte 630 Nm Drehmoent."
