Have any of you replaced the tires yet?
Hi all,
Well, on the way home from the AMG Challenge Wolf got hit by a piece of flying wood. Luckily only damage was to a tire and the wheel. My question is, have any of you replaced the tires yet? He wants PS2's but it looks like they only have them for the front. Is this right?

I blew a tire earlier this month so I put 2 new (and wider) tires on my SLK. I went with Pirelli P Zero Rosso. The same tires that were on the car when I got it

I got PS2s for the front and rear, but I have 17" wheels (stock widths). I bought from Tire Rack (Damon) -- a very good experience. Their surveys show the PS2s as giving exc. traction and good ride quality/low noise.

I just put the Eagle F1 GS D3's on my car. IMHO these are far better than the P zero Rossas that came stock. I feel like i have better grip (255s on the back may be why) Way less tire noise with the top down. And i think a little cheaper than the P zero Rossas.

Had a screw on one of the rear tires a couple of weeks ago. Had to replace it, costed me $350 for the experience (including $55 overnight fee). Went on to buy the warrantee from Discount tires for $123 for all four.
