The one we're talkin about isn't attached with velcro, but with two plastic holders which wedge up agasint the inner part of the rollbars. I go well over 80 almost every time I drive and still no buffeting. Are you guys sure its on right? Like I said the only buffeting I got was when it was put back on backwards, just before it tried to fly off!

That's too bad. I know when mine is on correctly it dosen't fit as well as when it is on backwards! Not as snug and fit. They must make these things from some type of mold, but I can see that some plastic might come out like just a tad wider or whatever, enough to mess up the structure. Even a little bit can obviously mess things up. Can you go to the dealer you bought it from and get it replaced. I don't think that many of ours flap, so maybe the next one you get won't - good luck.
