lol Funny i was just talking about this on the E55 thread. The quick answer to your question is yes! It will make a difference. At least that's how i felt. Go with either 101, 104 or 110. How's your car performing now?

The difference between 95 and 99RON fuel is pretty obvious so I'm sure you'll be able to feel the change when you try it...... most ECUs take upto 15 miles to adapt to a new octane rated fuel so don't expect an immediate change.

This is true on some cars but i doubt it on Mercedes. If Mercedes ECU can fully re-adapt because of the higher octane, then why Mercedes need to have 3-4 fuel and timing stages set-up in the ECU? Higher octane fuel allow you to run higher boost.
