HRE 540s
I'm probably going to upgrade my rims on my 06 SLK55. I like the HRE540s. Any opinions on these rims? Couple questions:
1) What can I expect to pay for them? I've found some pricing online, but wondering what other folks have paid.
2) Any pics of HRE 540s on an slk? Please post if you have any.
3) Any reccomendations on size? I'm thinking the 18s are fine. I had 19s on my g35 coupe and thought they looked good, but the slk is smaller so I'm thinking 18s are more appropriate. Thoughts? Also, what width should I get? The rears will be wider then the front probably.
4) any suggested HRE e-tailer/retailers out there?
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Out Of Control!
HRE 540's...Great choice!! You can't go wrong with them. One of the best you can get for your SLK!
1. Pricing would vary depending on the size (18"s or 19"s) and specs (clearcoat or with brush finished).
2. Do a search on the SLK section there should be some there.
3. I'd recommend going 19"s but it also depends on how good or bad your road is over there. But try and see if you can go 19"s. I think you can go 19x8.5 fronts and/or 19x10 rears. Should be ok with the proper offset.
For authorized dealers just click on one of my sigs below. You can't go wrong with them. Hope this helps. Good luck!
