Another Poser...SL500 posing for SL55!!!
I know everyone gets fun out of these posts so here it goes:
Was out over the weekend and saw what at first glance from the rear 3/4 view a nice SL55, lowered, with 20 inch rims, nice tint, etc. Car had a clean back-end, was debadged...with a nice AMG license frame...
got me thinking so i looked closer...and the spoiler was aftermarket, seats did not say amg, muffler was not amg, and gauges weren't 
So what he have here all is a very nice looking SL500(sweet rims, lowered, nice tint etc) debadged with a AMG license frame posing as a SL55

So if I put a F1 license plate on does that mean I'm posing as an F1 car????
Just because the guy has an AMG license plate doesn't mean he's posing as a SL55.
Now if he stuck on SL55 and AMG emblem then yes, but just a license plate doesn't mean a thing. He's an AMG fan.

If you put AMG on a non amg car, Kleeman on a car without Kleeman engine work, then yes you are a poser. Brabus C: The point of AMG it not body work and wings...it is the engine. so yes, if it doesnt have an amg engine and you put amg on you deserve

What is amusing to me is how superior....worked up.....some people get by
drawing conclusions over the accouterments of other peoples' cars. Unless
there was clear attempt to defraud others financially, B F D. If it was in an
attempt to brag, a simple car-to-car should settle things. If it's simply ego
it comes down to their ego vs your ego....and how you two wish to do
battle. Geez, try rock-paper-scissors. As long as they spent their own
