Nope. I took it to a paint/body shop and they did it. Their method was mixing clear coat with a little black paint and then spraying it on.

No modifications were done to the car at all.
However, once the set is done, I would like to move up to 275 or even 285 and will modify the fenders as needed.
Besides.. daddy always said use the rubber -- I hope we're on the same topic here?
