Any assistance in prices on a 2005 with all the options (Nav, HK, Lights etc) would be helpful. Im in S.Cal. Im going to see one today a 2005 with less than 5K supposedly in mint condition. for 55K Any Thoughts or comments would be helpful

55K sounds like a good starting point. I've only seen one in Chicago with the same mileage and the list price was 59.9K. You'll want CarFax, test drive, perhaps having your MB dealer give it the once over (unless it's MB certified). Good luck.

Looks like it was an MB rep car from KY I actually spoke to the of the dealership and got all the warranty preformed on the car and how the car ended up in CA. So well have to see how clean it is and how and what kind of package we can put together. I'll Keep you posted.
