Kleemann Prices

I have the official pricelist here...

Kleeman ECU Upgrade (10-12HP, 10-12 TQ) $750
Kleemann Headers (20-30 HP, 20-30 TQ) $3,500

the header price is excluding installation. for $4,250 you get up to +42HP and +42TQ... you'd be at 397HP and 418TQ (if you're lucky :P). and with camshafts and downpipes+exhaust .... hi deathmachine

I think you are a little too obsess with Brabus. haha

Kleemann headers is good for 30 hp gain.......
I consulted Cory,Kleemann a few months ago about bringing my 55 to over 400 hp. He suggested Headers, ECU and LSD. It would bring you really close to 400 hp. Nishi was right.

No. As of January 1, 2006 Brabus began offering only 1-year on its kits. I am not just telling a fantasy tale here guys. I have actually been to the Brabus headquarters in Newport Beach. I dropped some hard earned cash on some cosmetic stuff (wheels, roadster bars, gear-shift knob). Then I asked about the B55 and they told me 1-Year. I don't think the entire Brabus organization would lie to me just to get my measly $6K.

Damn though. I wish you were right Paul Le Corre. I would have ordered this **** yesterady.

Yes, that is indeed correct & those on this board that think 30 Hp from Kleemann headers is "BS" are misinformed (talking/posting first "as fact" without doing any homework is unwise).

The Kleemann headers are not only massive, but have been shaped to optimize a fast/uninterrupted exit out of the block. 20 - 30 Hp gains are seen on their in house dyno which measures power at the crank (so its an objective measurment - not "conjecture").

Someone else indicated Renntech & Kleemann are "crap". Tell that to the SL65 owners that have over 750 ft Tq to the wheels or people with Kleemann mods pushing between 450 - 500 rwhp on the blown 55 powerplant.

Brabus does engine displacement for more power which is costly & offers limited top end power (445 Hp ain't weak, but Kleemann's cost/Hp is less & there is more avail Hp with a FI approach). Maybe Brabus engine displacement is smart....add a Kleemann blower for yet more power. Now THATS an idea, but I fear the tranny may quit if pushing over 600 rwhp ). Hmmm, I may have just uncovered my future plans for the next SLK Death Star

Well, it's a done-deal now. I will have the B55 kit installed next week. I will keep you all updated on the results and post pics too.

I want to thank everyone for all of their help and suggestions. I am very impressed with Kleemann and could easily see myself doing business with them in the future. For now, I am going to stick with an all BRABUS SLK55.

Thanks again and take care!
