Clear Corners installed in Mars Red

I finished with the install on my Mars Red SLK pictures attached. I removed the front fog lamps for the install. It was easy thanks!!!

Have you guys considered Stealth bulbs? I had them in my e46 M3 & they looked great...Chrome colored lenses when off but when on, they're amber like a regular amber bulb.

I tried LED's. They don't draw enough current so the computer thinks there is someting wrong and flashes the bulb. You will have to install dummy load resistors to make it work.

I bought bulbs that look silver when off so they don't detract from the look of the clear/silver marker. I need to post pics with the new clear side markers installed.

Here's a white pic for you.
A couple of install hints;
Take off the wheel. That second screw toward the front is a biotch to get at.
Open that forward "hinge" enough to get the shortest T20 screwdriver you can find to get that appropriate angle.
Also LED's will not work and I find that the OEM bulbs have enough yellow tint to keep it legal.

Get the Evosport Pre-painted side markers instead of those cheap clear ones.
