UNBELIEVABLE that this situation is ocurring - especially when GM/Chevy is basically fighting for it's life to stay alive.

When I had a C5 the chevy service dept. removed (stole) a custom exhaust system and replaced it with stock. The fools didn't realize they were the ones that put it in 6 months before, let alone the different sound riding home. It was astonishing to look under the car and see my X-pipe and mufflers gone for stock. 2 days later after getting the system reinstalled at the same dealership I traded the damn car for a Viper and that's the rest of the story...
