New Style 2007 Key for my 06 SLK55
Ive been following this thread in the W203 forum and I ended up purchasing one. Looks much nicer than my old key and worked perfectly out of the box. Check out the thread if you are interested. $61.41 shipped is not bad ...

Same part number. I was a bit concerned about that as well, but many people with different vehicles and different model years purchased them and they all seem to work fine. When mine arrived, I was still a bit skeptical, but I have now confirmed that it does work with R171 vehicles also.
