I've ask alot of forum b4 buying this hot ride. SL 500 or Cayman S, I got test drive both car. I almost put DP for SL, but 2 days b4 that i saw SLK, honestly i feel more sporty and muscular looks on R171 dont know why. Finally i change my mind and go for SLK 55, is so hot and very sporty look to me. Thanks for everybody advice. Here is my ride just put 20' on it. Hope you guys like it !

 

Good choice. I like the Cayman S a lot - it just looks great. But it is seriously under-powered. I don't like the SL500 at all - $120K for 300 hp? Not a good value. Now, the SL55 is a different bag of chips. Of all the cars you mention - even our beloved SLK55 - I would take a properly configured SL55.

Of the cars you compared, you absolutely made the right choice brother. Welcome to the club.

And no rubbing issues?

I have 19's and experiencing some rubbing issues on front passenger side. Could be due to poor alignment.

 

I have 19" wheels as well and thought they were the limit. But from his pics, it looks like he has 20" alright. Pretty cool.
