Night or Day
Could some please help me ? .... the display in my stereo has decided to assume that its dark outside and shows white writing on black background
The display setting is set to "automatic" and it has been working fine (ie changing based on the outside light brightness) ... if I manually change the setting in the stereo to "day" the display changes to black on white
I have also noticed that the headlights, if set to "auto" also now go "on" during the day ......... maybe the light sensor has failed ... where is it ?
Any feedback would be appreciated

Light sensor has failed, or it's covered up. I'm not sure where it is.
Clean your windshield, it might be the sensor at the top where the rear view mirror is located.
