2007 SLK55 At Dealer - What should I pay?
I'm thinking about buying an SLK55 to add to my stable. A local dealer has one with just the right color and options. What sort of discount off MSRP is realistic?

Are there big changes coming for the SLK in the next model year or two?

I was offered a new 07 with an MSRP of 71k for 65k right before I bought the 05 for 50k.

I think a 5,000$ discount off MSRP is definitely realistic, I doubt you'd get more than that though...

The 6k off I was offered was in the middle of winter. That was thier first offer to, could probably have gotten more. Now that the weather is nicer and convertibles more in demand they might not be as willing to lower thier price.
